Musician Jibri suggested he and Miona give each other space on 90 Day Fiance, despite being husband and wife. Since then, she’s not wearing her wedding ring, and even hinted at a new beau.
Miona and Jibri’s split on 90 Day Fiance
During 90 Day Fiance season 9, Jibri suggested to Miona they give each other space because they were always “all up on each other.” Jibri wanted a lifestyle where he could be away from Miona.
He also couldn’t be thinking about her all the time. “So please don’t be a distraction for me,” Jibri had told Miona, adding their marriage was not going to work if they weren’t on the same page.
Miona has hinted at their split indirectly by repeatedly showing her left hand in videos and photos which is without a ring. Miona has also been flaunting her new Los Angeles boyfriend.
Miona’s wigs made her a CEO millionaire
Miona is now a millionaire, thanks to her wigs business, Miona Beauty. She used her reality TV fame to start a wigs business, while Jibri’s music career allowed him to lived in a Palm Springs mansion.
During their time on the TLC series, Jibri asked Miona to marry him and decided to move to America on a K-1 visa. She dreamed of living in Los Angeles, but Jibri’s travels had cost him his savings.
He also owned three luxury cars, but got into financial issues before Miona ended up deleting Jibri’s photos from her Instagram in October 2023, which sparked split speculation.
Jibri takes on spiritual path
Jibri has made it his goal to visit all 195 countries across the globe. Although he hasn’t addressed his split from Miona, he’s been solo travelling, such as to Thailand, India, and most recently, Tokyo, Japan.
He visited Varanasi, which he described as “the most spiritual city in the world” in January. Jibri said the Hindu culture had a “profound positive influence” on his life recently, and shared some insights.
On January 31, Jibri hinted at past “distraction” and said: “The mission has been adjourned due to the constant distraction of the red dress. I decided it was time to lock in without anyone to hold me back.”
