If you have used this legacy interface and would like to begin using the Junxure Asset Import Wizard, please call Junxure Support, as duplication of assets may occur. Junxure Support will assist you in clearing out the old asset data and setting up the new interface.
These instructions are still relevant for users that choose to continue using the legacy interface.
Albridge provides enterprise wealth management services that deliver an accurate, single view of all of their clients' assets. Albridge consolidates client account data from hundreds of disparate sources ” proprietary, banking, brokerage, insurance, retirement, alternatives, trusts, etc. The Albridge® Solutions (Web Services) interface is an asset import.
Requirements:
- A fully licensed version of MS Office Access 2000 or higher
- An ODBC connection to the Junxure Database. Click this link for step by step instructions to set up this connection.
Additional Requirements:
- Your Broker Dealer must have signed a Web Services Agreement with Albridge Solutions.
- You must have received a Partner User ID from your Broker Dealer.
- You have received the Financial Institution ID (FI ID) from your Broker Dealer.
- Your account has been setup on the Albridge Solutions system.
NOTE: This interface has been updated to allow import of multiple datasets based on the Albridge Partner User ID

Installation:
This interface should be installed on the workstation where you wish to perform the import. Once the interface has been installed, the updated assets and account values will be viewable on all workstations.
It is recommend that you use the self-extracting executable to install the interface; you can also install the interface manually if necessary.

- Next, click this link to run a self-extracting executable that will install your workstation with the Albridge Solutions (Web Services) Interface
- Click Run, Run, then Install on the dialog boxes that appear.
- If you see a Confirm file replace dialog message, click Yes to All to replace outdated files with the most current files.
Note: Firefox and Google Chrome users may need to download and save the file and then run it.
If you are unable to install the interface using the link above, download this file and save it to your desktop. Right click and Extract/Unzip this file into c:\junxure\assetimports\statementone. (You may need to manually create the "AssetImports" and the "StatementOne" folders.
Using the Albridge Solutions (Web Services) Interface:
- Within Junxure, go to Database Tools > Interfaces. Double click on Albridge Solutions (Web Services). The import screen will appear.
- Click Import Albridge Solutions Data. This will open a dialog box where you will need to enter your Partner User ID and your FI ID. Click Start Import.
- You will receive a message once the import is complete. Note: The import pulls all of the assets from the Albridge Solutions system; this step may take some time to complete. We recommend performing this import during non-peak hours to avoid potential timeout errors.
- Once you receive a message that the import is complete, close this window.
- If you would like to view the data that was downloaded before importing to Junxure, click View Downloaded Data to view by account.
- Next, click Move Temp Data To Junxure. This will update the data in Junxure with the data from Albridge Solutions. This may take a few minutes to complete.
- Click View Missing Account Numbers to view any accounts that need to be manually added to Junxure.
- You have the option to click Add Account Number by SSN. The program will check all unassigned account numbers against the social security numbers in Junxure. All matched accounts will be removed from the Missing Account Number list.
Note: In order for the Add Account Number by SSN function to work properly, your assets must have come from Albridge with a SSN, and you must have stored social security numbers on the Personal Info Tab of Junxure for each contact.
- Import Complete. Click the Stop Sign to close the interface. All users of Junxure will now be able to view the imported data in the contact records.
